Get ready for fall! Learn to paint this Fall Leaves on Water scene using wet washes over dry painting for water and dry-on-dry methods for leaves.
Join Bob at the Wild Hare Gallery in Travelers Rest for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 of these beginning water color classes. Each class will be 2 hours in duration and focus on a variety of watercolor painting techniques which will allow the student to continue improving and creating watercolor paintings from their own photographs.
Students will leave the classes with completed watercolor paintings.
At each session a new painting technique will be introduced at the beginning of each class and then it will be incorporated into the painting scheduled for that class.
Students will be e-mailed a photograph of the painting to be completed by them in class on the Sunday preceding the scheduled class.
Cost of the class includes basic supplies.There are 4 classes scheduled. A discounted rate of $125 is available for students signing up for all 4 classes. Payment may be made thourgh Eventbrite or by contacting the instructor.
The following items need to be supplied by the student:
Roll of BOUNTY paper towels (most absorbent)
2 water containers large enough to hold 2 cups of water ea.
1 roll of ¾ inch FROG brand masking tape
#2 pencil with sharp point
